Will Release Of Obama's Purported Birth Certificate Give Rise To New "Certer" Movement?

This morning’s White House release of President Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate will, of course, do little to derail the “birther” movement, which will now analyze the document with the kind of verve previously directed toward those Texas Air National Guard memos faxed to CBS from that Kinko’s in Abilene.

So here’s a few nutty points about the birth certificate sure to be seized upon by the nonbelievers:

• If the original document was in a bound volume (as reflected by the curvature of the left hand side of the certificate), how can the green patterned background of the document's safety paper be so seamless?

• Why, if Obama was born on August 4, 1961, was the “Date Accepted by Local Reg.” four days later on August 8, 1961?

• What is the significance of the smudges in the box containing the name of the reported attendant?

• David A. Sinclair, the M.D. who purportedly signed the document, died nearly eight years ago at age 81. So he is conveniently unavailable to answer questions about Obama’s reported birth.

• In the “This Birth” box there are two mysterious Xs above “Twin” and “Triplet.” Is there a sibling or two unaccounted for?

• What is the significance of the mysterious numbers, seen vertically, on the document’s right side?

• Finally, the “Signature of Local Registrar” in box 21 may be a desperate attempt at establishing the document’s Hawaiian authenticity. Note to forgers: It is spelled “Ukulele.”

Look under Race Of Mother....Caucasian....The top half of every letter is perfectly cut off at the exact point on every letter. A type writer would not be this perfect in 1961 or 2011! A type writer did not make these perfect mistakes, only a computer with photo-shop does! Wise UP!
Typewriters don't produce hard-edged bitmapped type, either. More than one document was used to create the PDF file that was given to the American public by our White House. The challenges from the "imaging experts" won't stand muster. There is way too many indications it's a composition from more than one piece of paper. The evidence is undeniable.
Only African-Americans were called "***" or "Colored". People with black skin from another country or region (for example, Africa or the Caribbean) were not considered "***" or "Colored". They were (usually, not always) allowed privileges that African-Americans were not allowed then. Also, Hawaii, as a multi-racial state even back then, was more enlightened then other states then. Or now. EDIT: For some reason, the word "N e g r o" is not allowed by The Smoking Gun.
I'm Trying to think of any other birth certificate i have ever seen that didnt have the footprint and statistics of length and birth weight. at time of delivery wait, I haven't.....????
Ya think?
So true!
I don't believe that type of security paper was produced in 1961. Thinking those folks should have done a little more research before they produced the document.
Forgive my ignorance here, but I thought he was born under the name Barry Sortero (sp?) and that he later changed it.
You believed unsubstantiated gossip put forth by the likes of World Nut Daily and other nutcases. There was never any evidence for that fib. This new doc seems quite odd in that Hawaii has been officially denying its existence!
Who was the Dr. who DELIVERED him?? and... most conspicuously: No BIRTH WEIGHT???
