Brown was just tossed into the DeKalb County jail--where a sheriff's deputy snapped the below photo--after his probation was revoked by a Georgia judge. Seems that the 35-year-old singer failed to submit to court-ordered drug tests and did not complete a term of house arrest, among other violations. Brown, who was sentenced to the probation term in connection with a drunk driving conviction, is scheduled to appear this Friday for a court hearing. (2 pages)
