"I Was Partying With Sheen, Six Naked Girls"
Suspect told cops of purported pool hijinks with star
MARCH 18--A Florida man arrested early Wednesday for disturbing the peace told cops that he had been “hanging out” earlier that night at a local swimming pool with his "good friend Charlie Sheen" and “six naked girls,” according to a police report.
Robert Lubrano, 39, was collared after a 911 caller reported spotting a prowler trying to get into his Port St. Lucie home. When confronted by cops, Lubrano admitted that he had been on the back patio of the victim’s residence and had knocked on the home’s front door, according to a Port St. Lucie Police Department report.
Lubrano then told officers that he had been at the house “hanging out in the pool” and was trying to return via a screen enclosure. When asked about who had accompanied him, Lubrano “stated he was ‘hanging with Charlie, along with six naked girls.’” When Officer David Butterworth asked Lubrano who Charlie was, the suspect replied that Charlie was his “good friend Charlie Sheen.”
During questioning, Lubrano admitted that he had “consumed Roxicodone and Xanax earlier in the day, along with two beers while he was with ‘Charlie Sheen.’”
To be thorough, Butterworth checked with the homeowner and confirmed that “neither Robert, six naked girls, or Charlie Sheen had ever been to his residence.”
Lubrano was charged with breach of peace and booked into the St. Lucie County jail, where the above mug shot was snapped. (3 pages)
