On Election Day, the students at Manhattan's P.S. 3 are in for quite an impromptu civics lesson. That's when Monica Lewinsky is expected to appear to cast her first vote as a New Yorker (the school doubles as a polling place).
As these Board of Elections records show, Lewinsky--who's lived in the Big Apple since August 1999--registered to vote on September 28, narrowly avoiding the October 13 cutoff for this year's general election.
While she missed the opportunity to vote for (or against) Hillary Clinton in the September 12 Democratic primary, Monica gets another shot on November 7, when her ex-lover's missus faces off with Republican Rick Lazio for a Senate seat. (2 pages)
