Meet Paula Perry. The 34-year-old Indiana woman was recently popped when cops discovered her sitting naked on the top of a moving Chevy Blazer. Perry was charged with public indecency and, as this Indianapolis Police Department report notes, since officers smelled alcohol on her breath, Perry got hit with a public intoxication rap as well.
