John Walker Lindh Plea Deal

This is the plea deal announced today between federal prosecutors and John Walker Lindh, the so-called American Taliban who now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison. The surprise agreement, which calls for Lindh to plead guilty to a pair of felonies stemming from his affiliation with the Taliban in Afghanistan, was unveiled this morning (7/15) in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia.
