New York Man With Notoriously Terrible Toupee Takes Felony Plea
Andrew Stein, who once was a powerful New York City politician, today pleaded guilty to a felony tax charge stemming from the FBI’s probe of thieving financial advisor Kenneth Starr.
Stein, 66, is looking at a maximum of a year in prison when he appears for sentencing in U.S. District Court on March 1.
