Sorry, No Accused Felon Looks Good With One Of Those Yellow Crayon Band-Aids On His Face
Meet Duane Longacre.
Following a brief high-speed chase, the 27-year-old was arrested yesterday by Indiana cops who tried to pull Longacre over when they spotted him driving a stolen vehicle. The pursuit ended when Longacre drove over a sidewalk, cleared a small brick wall, and crashed into a tree.
Longacre--wanted on gun and auto theft charges--then bolted from the totaled car and dove into a nearby river. He was quickly fished out, handcuffed, and transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in the crash.
While at the hospital, the accused felon--whose rap sheet includes a pair of convictions for methamphetamine possession--was outfitted with the marvelous yellow crayon bandage seen in his mug shot (which, of course, just screams badass car thief).
Longacre is being held without bond in the St. Joseph County lockup.
