Tennessee Man Named Raper Is Indicted On Three Child Rape Charges

A Tennessee man named Raper has been charged with three counts of child rape.

John Allan Raper, 19, was arrested last week after being named in an indictment accusing him of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13.

Raper, pictured in the adjacent mug shot, was booked into the Hamilton County jail on the felony charges. He was later released after posting $10,000 bond.

Raper is scheduled for a September 27 arraignment in Hamilton County Criminal Court.
