1) As you may have heard, nobody's been charged with the murder of Jon Benet Ramsey. Here's the Boulder, Colorado district attorney's press release announcing the non-charges and the judge's order barring grand jurors from discussing their work. (3 pages)

2) We love "Moesha," so imagine TSG's distress when Lamont Bentley, one of the UPN show's stars, was recently busted in Milwaukee. According to this police report, things got a bit out of hand following a celebrity fundraiser hosted by the 25-year-old actor,who later pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and paid a $450 fine.
