Bobby Brown Busted For Beating Whitney Houston
DECEMBER 11--Volatile singer Bobby Brown is facing battery charges for allegedly roughing up wife Whitney Houston during a dispute Sunday night at the couple's suburban Atlanta home.
According to a Fulton County Police Department report, Houston, 40, told cops that Brown, 34, threatened to "beat her ass." When cops responded to Houston's 911 call, they noted that she had a cut lip and her cheek was bruised.
Brown appeared yesterday in Fulton County Magistrate Court, and is facing a January 7 preliminary hearing. (2 pages)
