Deez-Nuts Is Sentenced For Domestic Fracas
"Deez-Nuts appeared to be highly intoxicated," Colorado cop noted
DECEMBER 17--In a plea deal, Deez-Nuts has been sentenced to deez penalties: a year’s probation, a $463 fine, and an order to maintain “absolute sobriety,” according to court records.
Deez-Nuts Kroll, 43, was arrested earlier this year following a violent confrontation with his daughter and her boyfriend inside their residence in Green Bay, Wisconsin (about four miles from the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field).
At the time of Kroll’s arrest, a cop noted that, "Deez-Nuts appeared to be highly intoxicated" and was naked when he brandished a BB gun that resembled a pistol.
Pictured in the above mug shot, Kroll yesterday pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct while in possession of a dangerous weapon. Kroll was adjudged guilty of the second degree misdemeanor by Tammy Jo Hock, a Circuit Court judge. A misdemeanor battery charge was dropped by prosecutors.
In an earlier court filing, Kroll reported attending counseling sessions with his 19-year-old daughter.
Kroll legally changed his name from Derrick Lee Kroll to Dez-Nuts Kroll in April 2011, noting that the reason for the handle revision was, “I with out a dout HATE MY NAME.” Six years later, in September 2017, Kroll, petitioned to change his first name from Dez-Nuts to Deez-Nuts, explaining in a handwritten court filing, “It was not spelled right.”
Kroll’s second name change was approved by Judge Hock. (2 pages)
