In a November 5 preliminary ruling, federal judge Thomas Penfield Jackson, who is presiding over the Microsoft antitrust trial, smacked the software giant for engaging in monopolistic practices. Jackson's "findings of fact" will surely trigger more cries that the billionaire is a loathsome corporate predator.
