Man, 43, Arrested For Kicking Boy, 5 Cops: Adult, child faced off at Oklahoma City amusement park

NOVEMBER 8--Meet Orlando Nelson. The 43-year-old Oklahoma man is sitting in a jail cell after getting into a "kicking fight" with a five-year-old boy at the Frontier City amusement park. According to the below Oklahoma City Police Department report, the bizarre incident began when little London Moore, who is not related to Nelson, accidentally kicked the adult while waiting in line for a ride. Nelson responded by kicking the boy back and saying, "I dare you to kick me again." The child again kicked Nelson, who booted the boy back. And he again dared the boy to kick him. So London--who is 4' and 55 pounds--kicked him back... [repeat chorus]. Finally, someone called the cops, who later arrested Nelson for assault and battery on the small fry (a subsequent computer check revealed that Nelson had six outstanding warrants). The child's account of the kicking incident was confirmed by one Laurel Smallwood, who the police report identified as Nelson's "date for the evening." (3 pages)
