Traficant Hasn't Flipped His Wig--Yet

He's been sentenced to eight years in federal prison. And he got thrown out of Congress. But at least James Traficant is allowed to wear his toupee in the Summit County lockup. Though that doesn't mean his jailers can actually fit the towering hairhat into his booking photo, which you'll find below. The loony ex-congressman is being held temporarily in the Ohio facility while awaiting transfer to a federal institution. But since federal prisoners are not allowed to wear rugs, Traficant will soon have to surrender his piece--and be photographed au naturel by the feds. (1 page)
