Killjoy Cop Stopped Female Car Tryst
Police: Woman started holiday weekend with bang
SEPTEMBER 7--A pantsless Pennsylvania woman is facing three criminal charges for alleged, um, “inappropriate behavior” with a female acquaintance inside a car parked outside a Wawa convenience store, court records show.
A state trooper was dispatched to the Wawa in suburban Allentown Friday at 8:45 PM to investigate a report of “two females in the parking lot, in a car, with the windows down, engaging in inappropriate behavior.”
Upon arrival, Trooper Jeremy Temple noted that Samantha Dier, 25, “had her pants off with her genitals exposed.” As reported in a criminal complaint, “the female driver was fondling and sliding her fingers inside Dier.”
The driver is not identified in court records.
Temple reported that when he asked Hier for identification, he detected a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting” from her breath. “Dier’s eyes were bloodshot and crossed,” the trooper added.
After Temple was joined by another trooper, Dier became “verbally aggressive” and had to be asked “several times to get back in the vehicle.” Shouting profanities, Dier was subsequently restrained and placed in a patrol car.
Seen above, Dier was arrested for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. She was released from the Lehigh County jail Saturday after posting $5000 bail.
Dier, who lives in Allentown with her young son, is scheduled for a September 12 preliminary hearing. (3 pages)
