Sadly, New Yorkers never got to experience the rule of Governor Howard Stern. The DJ abandoned his 1994 campaign upon learning that state law required all candidates to publicly disclose their personal finances. But we've always wondered why Stern just didn't lie about his big bucks. Heck, Stern was already guilty of voter fraud--perpetrated at the outset of his gubernatorial effort--as the following series of documents reveal. Here's Stern's original voter registration card, signed in 1988.
