Lynyrd Skynyrd co-founder Gary Rossington was arrested by Georgia cops in September 2008 and charged with two counts of DUI as well as a traffic violation. According to Milton police, when they arrived at the scene of a two-car accident they found the 56-year-old guitarist smelling of booze, slurring his speech, and unsteady on his feet. Subsequent Breathalyzer tests showed Rossington's blood alcohol content was over the state's .08 legal limit. He was booked into the Alpharetta jail where he posed for the above mug shot.
