Rudolph Giuliani posed for this mug shot in August 2023, following his indictment in Georgia for allegedly conspiring with Donald Trump and others to illegally try to overturn the state’s election results in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential contest. Charged with racketeering and other crimes, Giuliani, 79, posted a $150,000 bond. Giuliani called his arrest “an attack on the American people,” an assertion that most American people would find amusing.
