Midget Porn Heist Results In Burglary Charge
Cops: New Mexican, 18, swiped unique DVD collection
SEPTEMBER 17--A New Mexico man has been indicted for a mobile home burglary that netted him an assortment of midget pornography DVDs, police report.
Investigators allege that Sergio Seanez, 18, and a teenage boy broke into the Chaparral residence last month and swiped electronics, kitchen appliances, and furniture. Seanez then allegedly set fire to the home.
In addition to the normal haul associated with a burglary, Seanez and his 17-year-old accomplice also made off with “multiple DVD’s relating to Midget Pornography,” according to a criminal complaint.
After Seanez reportedly confessed to stealing items form the mobile home, Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office deputies executed a search warrant that resulted in the recovery of the dwarf porn DVDs and other stolen goods.
Pictured in the above mug shot, Seanez has been charged with burglary, arson, and breaking and entering, all felonies. He is also facing a felony contributing to the delinquency of a minor count for allegedly enticing his accomplice into participating in the August 22 burglary.
Seanez is being held in the county jail in lieu of bond. He is scheduled for a September 23 District Court hearing. (2 pages)
